Why Do I Need Cover?

We recommend our cover to all satellite subscribers to eliminate all call out charges and repair costs should anything go wrong with the equipment.

What Does It Cover?

Our cover is an all inclusive cover for your digital satellite equipment. We cover the whole system from the satellite dish outside, the digital box, all connecting cabling, the LNB, any TV Links, and remote controls.

But what happens if you cannot fix my system?

We offer a new-for-old policy. If we are unable to fix your satellite equipment, then we will replace it there and then on the day with new equipment.

How long will I have to wait to wait for an engineer?

We aim for an engineer to arrive at your premises within 36 hours of your service call.

What if I only need a remote control?

There is no need for an engineer, we will just send a new remote control to you via post.

How long does my cover last?

Our cover is an open ended system which automatically renews itself after the initial 12 month minimum contract. If you wish to cancel after the initial period, simply write to us giving us 30 days notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How often do I pay for my cover?

We offer a range of payment plans for the cover. You can decide to pay monthly, quarterly, half yearly, or a one-off payment for the full 12 months.

What if I have more than one box?

We cover your satellite equipment no matter how many boxes you have, please refer to the price list for more information.
